We sell A grade quality stock, not factory seconds like many other sellers. Brand New Electro-Harmonix 6922 E88CC GOLD PINS Matched Pair (2) Vacuum Tubes. This is the same tube as the standard EHX 6922 with a few big differences.
The pins are plated with gold to prevent corrosion and to protect the pins. The pins will last for life. EHX also selects the best tubes (well balanced, best test data etc) for their gold line. The 6922 is famous for it's high gain and high General Mutual Transconductance.
They're one of the sweetest and most dynamic tubes on the market. The 6922 is the long life, low noise version of the more common 6DJ8. Other designations for the tube include ECC88, E88CC, 6DJ8. They are all substitutable with each other. The EHX reissue is one of the best on the market and with vintage 6922's in the hundreds of dollars price range they're an absolute bargain, especially considering how lush and warm they sound.
